How to shop
At Zippo.dk you can shop easily and safely. Should you still have any questions, here is a step-by-step guide.
1.When you find an item you want, click "Add to cart".
2. You can see the items you want at the top right in the "Shopping cart" field.
3. The items from all will be added to the shopping cart and paid for together.
4. TYPING ERROR. If you make a typo, click on shopping carts, where you can delete items and change quantities.
5. ORDERING. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout".
6. MY ACCOUNT. If you have shopped at Zippo Nordic A/S before, you can log in and retrieve your address information. If you have not shopped at Zippo Nordic A/S before, you can enter your details and click "Create an account for later use", after which you will be asked to create a password. The next time you shop, we will remember your data as long as you choose to log in to your account.
7. ADDRESS. We are happy to deliver to an address other than your home address, e.g. e.g. a workplace. In that case, deselect "Delivery to same address" in the box and enter the desired delivery address.
8. DELIVERY. Select the desired delivery method. Orders are typically delivered with GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Business at a price of DKK 49,-. If you choose Post Danmark, shipping costs DKK 80,- with postal delivery. Free shipping to GLS Parcel Shop for purchases over DKK 500,-.
9. PAYMENT. The payment box pops up and the necessary information is entered. We use the approved payment system ePay.
10. CONFIRMATION. An order has now been placed and you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
11.You will now receive your goods 1 - 6 days after ordering at the desired Parcel Shop or at the desired delivery address.
We recommend that the item is carefully unpacked from the original packaging if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

ORDER STATUS
You can find your previous orders as follows:
1.Log in to our website. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top. Under the menu item "MY ACCOUNT" at the top, log in with your e-mail address and your chosen password. Then click on the menu item "My orders"
