Repair
Under Complaints and Warranty, you can see how your product is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and/or by an extraordinary warranty.
If you want to have a product repaired or have questions about repairing Zippo products in general, please contact reparation@zippo.dk.

You pay the freight to the repair department and we pay the freight back. Please note that we are not responsible for products that do not reach us. We therefore recommend that you send the product as a package or insured in some other way.
Always include a copy of the delivery note, copy of receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase for products not covered by a lifetime warranty. Also include your contact details, your return address and a description of the fault. If the warranty has expired and the repair is not covered by the terms of the warranty, all costs related to the repair, shipping etc. will be paid by the customer.
