Guarantee

All products on Zippo.dk are generally covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (cf. the section "Right of Complaint"). Some of our products are further covered by a warranty from the manufacturer. Here you will find an overview of the warranties that apply to the separate products:

Zippo 
Classic Zippo gasoline lighters and Butane lighters are covered by the unique lifetime warranty on the mechanical parts. The surface of the lighter is not covered by the warranty - scratches and scuffs are not covered. If it turns out that the lighter is beyond repair, we will replace it with a new one.

Case
Case knives have a "Limited Lifetime Warranty", which means that as long as the knife owner lives, Case will repair or replace the knife if there are manufacturing or material defects.
Case does not provide a product warranty against normal wear and tear or misuse. Case knives are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, crowbars or screwdrivers.
Sheaths, tweezers and other accessories are not covered by warranty.
