Right of withdrawal

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you receive your goods.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You may normally examine and test the goods in the same way as you can in a shop.

Please return the item in its original packaging. The packaging may be opened, but not destroyed. If the packaging is missing or damaged, this may constitute a loss of value for which you are liable.

You must send an email to ordre@cphmall.dk within 14 days of receiving the package stating that you wish to cancel the purchase.

When using the right of withdrawal, you must pay the postage/freight to send the item back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or sent to parcel shops. You can buy a return slip here: https://isbrandcompany.dk/returfragt.html

When you cancel your purchase, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase. This is done when we have received the item back and checked that it meets the rules for the withdrawal. We will refund your money within a maximum of 30 days (cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act), although it typically takes much less time.

When using the right of withdrawal, please enclose the following:

The amount you have paid for shipping will not be refunded, and DKK 52,- will be deducted if your purchase has been with free shipping. If you only return part of the delivery and the remaining part does not amount to at least DKK 500,-, DKK 52,- (Denmark) will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You should also make sure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk of the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt and any track and trace number.
